So the last couple of days I got banned and got unbanned from my request I was accepted to helper before I was bannned, may I reapply since application are open right now or will I never get staff again since I was banned

Yes, you can Re-Apply. As long as the applications are open anyone can apply. Any bans will not effect your chance.
